Objective:To study the effect of therapeutic alliance of radiofrequency ablation(RFA) and high-frequency thermotherapy(HFH) on the invasion of cony liver cancer cell line VX2.Methods:The cony liver cancer VX2 model was prepared by transplantion

according to the different treatment methods

the models were divided into four groups:Control group (group A 8);RAF group (group B 8)

HFH group (group C 8);The therapeutic alliance of RFA+HFH group (group D 8). Results:(1)Gross tumor volume:the tumor volume of group B and D deflated significantly post-treatment 14 days

the group B and D compared within groups(P<0.05)

the group D deflated more obviously.the group D compared with B and C

the group D deflated significantly(P<0.05).The tumor volume in group A augmented

the augmention in group A was more than every treatment groups(P<0.05).(2)The expression of MMP-2

MMP-9 and CD34:In the tumor central tissue

the expression of every index was the lowest in group B and D

the highest in group A

the group C compared with the group A was different significantly(P<0.05)

the index in group D was the lowest

the group D compared with group B and C was different significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The thermotherapy methods RFA and HFH can depress the invasion of the tumor cells

but the effect of the therapeutic alliance of RFA+HFH was more obviously.
