Objective:To study the expression of oncogene C-erbB
2
and suppressor p53 and proliferatcell nulcear antign(PCNA) in epithelial ovarian Carcinoma. To study its relationship to histopathologie grade and histopathologic type and clinical stages. Mothods:Immunohistochemistry was used to evaluate the expression level of c-erbB
2
and p53 and PCNA in 65 case of epilhelial Ovarian Carcinoma. Results:There was abnormal expression of C-erbB
2
and p53 in ovarian Carcinoma. The abnormal expression were not associated wilh histopathologie lype (P
>
0.05) and associated with histopathologic grade and clinical stages (P
<
0.05). PCNA was higher in well-differentiated and moderately-differetiated ovarian Carcinoma (P
<
0.05). Conclusion: C-erbB
2
and p53 overexpession might play a significant role in pathogenesis and development in ovarian Careinoma. C-erbB
2
p53 and PCNA overexpession ean he used as a marker for an unfavorable prognosis on ovarian Carcinoma.
