摘要

目的:探讨卡铂联合足叶乙甙（Carboplatin+etoposide

CE）二线方案治疗复发小细胞肺癌（Small-cell lung cancer

SCLC）的疗效。方法:收集法国波尔多大学医院呼吸科自1999年1月～2003年12月收治的17例阿霉素、足叶乙甙、异环磷酰胺联合一线化疗复发或进展后继以CE二线化疗的SCLC患者完整的病例资料

回顾性分析CE二线化疗的有效率、不良反应和患者的生存期。结果:17例病人中

化疗总有效率（Obiective response

OR）为41.2%

无进展生存期为4.3个月

中位生存期为5.7个月

3～4度粒细胞减少、贫血、恶心呕吐发生率分别为35.3%、29.4%、5.9%。结论:CE二线治疗不含铂一线方案化疗后复发或进展的SCLC有一定疗效

主要不良反应为粒细胞减少和贫血

可作为临床实际工作中SCLC二线化疗方案的选择

值得进一步研究。

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Carboplatin plus Etoposide(CE)as second-line regimen in previously treated Small cell lung cancer(SCLC).Methods:The medical documents of 17 patients with recurrent SCLC

who experienced relapse after initial Adriamycin

Etoposide plus ifosfamide chemotherapy and accepted second-line CE treatment

were collected from Jan.1999 to Dec.2003 in the Service of Respiratory Diseases

University Hospital

Bordeaux.The response rate

survival time and adverse events were evaluated retrospectively.Results:Of these patients

total objective response rate(OR)of CE was 41.2%

free survival time was 4.3 months

median survival time was 5.7 months.The occurrence rates of grade 3～4 neutrope- nia

anemia

nausea/vomit were 35.3%

29.4%

5.9%

respectively.Conclusion:CE is effective for previously treated SCLC

who experienced relapse after first-line regimen without platinum.The most common adverse events are neutropenia and anemia. Further investigation is needed to confirm that CE regimen is good choice for the recurrent SCLC.
