摘要

目的:研究利用髓室核固位体修复磨牙大面积缺损的金属烤瓷冠的五年临床治疗效果

确定该种修复方法的适应范围及探讨常见的失败原因。方法:选择牙冠大面积破坏并经完善牙髓治疗的磨牙108例

利用磨牙的髓室作为主要的固位型

制作核

在此基础上制作金属烤瓷全冠

分别在6月、5年定期观察。结果:108例磨牙残冠利用髓室核固位进行全冠修复

修复后咀嚼功能恢复良好

仅7例出现修复体脱落。结论:髓室核固位可以满足临床上磨牙大面积缺损的金属烤瓷全冠修复

从而大大减低了临床操作的难度。

Abstract

Objective:According to observe the 5-year clinical effect in the treatment of restoration of teeth with extensive de- fection through pulp chamber retainer

to discuss the usage and the defect of pulp chamber retainer.Methods:108 extensively damaged molars which had been finished pulp treatment were choosed.Retainers were fabricated correspond to the pulp chamber then full crow were factured.Results:108 molars were restored by full crown restoration with pulp chamber retainer

in which only 7 cases fell off.Conclusion:The retainer in pulp chamber can be used in the treatment of teeth with extensice defection and makes it easier in clinical operation.
