the results have very siginficant differ( P <0. 01) ; Comparison between UF - 100 and handwork method

RBC have no significant differ (P < 0. 05)

WBC have significant differ(P <0. 05). Conclusions: Uritest-200 can not be used in examine hydrothorax and hydroperitonium’ s Pro and SG; UF -100 can be used in examine the RBC with hydrothorax and hydroperitouium

but can not be used in examine the WBC. EC can be as the reference indicator with perform cells group and desguamate cells examine.
