摘要

目的:探讨凋亡抑制基因survivin在脑胶质瘤中的表达

及其与bcl-2、bax蛋白表达的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶连接法（SP法）

检测40例脑胶质瘤瘤组织中survivin、bcl-2、bax蛋白的表达

与正常脑组织10例进行对照。结果:胶质瘤中survivin蛋白阳性表达率为42.5%

明显高于正常脑组织的阳性表达率0%（P<0.05）

其中Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级阳性表达率分别为50.0%、80.0%

明显高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ级的阳性表达率16.7%（P<0.01）;survivin蛋白表达与bcl-2蛋白表达呈正相关（P<0.01）

而与bax蛋白表达呈负相关（P<0.05）。结论:survivin可通过抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡

对脑胶质瘤的发生、发展起作用;survivin可能与凋亡相关基因bcl-2、bax在脑胶质瘤的发展中分别起协同和拮抗作用。

Abstract

Objective:To study the expression of apoptosis related gene survivin and its relationship with the expression of bcl-2

bax protein in glioma.Methods:Expression of survivin

bcl-2 and bax protein was detected by immunohistochemical method(SP) in 40 cases of glioma

and compared with those in 10 cases of normal brain tissue.The correlation between them was analyzed.Results:The expression rate(42.5%) of survivin protein in glioma was much higher than that(0%) in normal brain tissue(P<0.05).The positive ratio was significantly higher in Ⅲ(50.0%) and Ⅳ(80.0%) grade than in Ⅰ～Ⅱ(16.7%) grade(P<0.01).Expression of bcl-2 and bax protein was positively and negatively correlated with expression of survivin protein respectively.Conclusion:Survivin may play an important role in pathogenesis of glioma

apoptosis related gene bcl-2 may have a synergic role and bax have an antagonistic role with survivin gene in formation and progression of glioma.
