摘要

目的:探讨罗格列酮对胰岛素抵抗的多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）不孕患者的治疗作用。方法:在38例PCOS患者中

经高胰岛素正葡萄糖钳夹试验（HGCT）检出15例存在有胰岛素抵抗

给予罗格列酮（文迪雅）4mg

qd治疗

比较治疗前后HGCT、糖耐量（OGTT）、胰岛素、T、FSH、LH等水平的变化

以及治疗前HGCT与OGTT、胰岛素水平的相关性

同时B超监测卵泡生长

观察卵泡生长率。结果:罗格列酮治疗前后患者的HGCT明显升高（P<0.05）、空腹胰岛素、2h胰岛素水平、2h血糖降低（P<0.05）

LH水平明显降低（P<0.01）。罗格列酮与克罗米酚（CC）治疗后的卵泡生长率明显优于治疗前（P<0.05）。结论:罗格列酮对胰岛素抵抗的PCOS患者的排卵有改善作用。

Abstract

Objective:To study rosiglitazone therapy in PCOS infertility patients with insulin resistance.Methods:Among 38 PCOS patients

15 insulin-resistance cases were identified via hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp technique(HGCT).Rosiglitazone(Avandia) were administratod at 4mg qd.HGCT

oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)

the levels of insulin

FSH

LH were tested before and after the treatment.The follicle growth were observed by transvaginal ultrasonography

while the follicle growth rates were compared.Results:After treatment with combined rosiglitazone with clomiphene citrate(CC) 50mg

HGCT value increased (P<0.05);the levels of fasting glucose

2h insulin

and 2h glucose decreased(P<0.05) and the LH significantly decreased(P<0.01).The follicle growth rate was remarkably higher than that before the treatment.Conclusion:Rosiglitazone can improve the ovulation in insulin-resistant patients with PCOS.
