摘要

目的:探讨儿童肿瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶（MMPs）的表达与肿瘤恶性程度、浸润转移的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC法测定MMP - 3在各儿童常见肿瘤组织中表达的强度。结果:MMP - 3的表达强度在恶性肿瘤转移组、恶性肿瘤未转移组、良性肿瘤组之间均存在统计学差异（P <0 .0 5 ）。结论:在儿童常见实体肿瘤中

MMP - 3表达越强

肿瘤恶性程度越高

浸润转移可能性也越大。提示MMP - 3可作为预测儿童实体瘤转移与预后的一个临床指标

Abstract

Objective:To study the relationship between MMPs and the metastasis and the malignant degree of tumors in children.Methods:The expression of MMPs in different tumor groups was measured by means of immuno-histochemistry.Results:The expressions of MMP-3 in cytoplasm of tumor cells were observed.There was significant difference( P <0.05) among the groups.Conclusion:In solid tumors of children

the expression of MMP-3 has close relationship with degree of malignancy.The stronger the expression of MMP-3 is

the higher the degree of malignancy is and the more probable the metastasis.It suggests that MMP-3 could be a marker to forecast the metastasis of tumors and to estimate the prognosis of tumors.
