摘要

目的 :了解 2型糖尿病家系糖耐量正常的一级亲属血糖的变化。方法 :2型糖尿病家系糖耐量正常的一级亲属进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验（OGTT）试验

对一级亲属及正常人的血糖进行比较

并对与血糖相关的指标进行相关性分析。结果 :一级亲属组空腹血糖、餐后 0 .5h、1h及 2h血糖均较对照组升高

除餐后 0 .5h血糖外均有显著性差异。空腹及餐后血糖与早期分泌相（1stPH）及晚期分泌相（2ndPH）呈负相关

空腹血糖与homaβ指数呈负相关。结论 :2型糖尿病家系糖耐量正常的一级亲属血糖已有轻微的升高

提示 2型糖尿病家系糖耐量正常的一级亲属存在胰岛 β细胞功能轻微的受损

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the change of blood glucose and the factor relative to blood glucose in first degree relatives(FDR) with normal blood glucose in type 2 DM family.Methods:The oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) was conducted in FDR with normal glucose in type 2 DM family.Glucose were compared between FDR and normal group and relative parameters with glucose were analysed.Results:Fasting plasma glucose(FPG)

0.5hPG

1hPG and 2hPG of FDR were higher and significantly differently except 0.5hPG( P <0.05).1hPG and 2hPG had positive correlation with age ( P <0.01) and had no correlation with blood lipids and body mass index (BMI).FPG and PG had negative correlation with 1stPH and 2ndPH( P <0.01 and P <0.05).FPG had negative correlation with homaβ( P <0.01).2hPG had positive correlation with fasting insulin(FINS) and had negative correlation with 0.5hINS( P <0.05).Conclusion:Blood glucose of FDR with normal glucose in type 2 DM family slightly increases and this suggests that the function of beta-cells has been slightly impaired.
