摘要

目的 :探讨吻合器痔上粘膜环切术（PPH）治疗重度痔的疗效。方法 :随机采用PPH手术（PPH组 11例）和痔环形切除术（对照组 12例）治疗重度痔。结果 :PPH组手术时间及术后住院时间均较对照组明显降低。PPH组术后疼痛程度轻

持续时间短

术后并发症少。结论 :与传统的痔环形切除术相比

PPH手术具有操作简单

手术时间短

术后疼痛轻

并发症少

恢复快等优点

但远期疗效有待进一步观察

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH) in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids.Methods:The experiment group(also called PPH group) consisting of 11 cases was subjected to PPH

the controlled group with 12 cases to Saresola-Klose method.Results:This study showed that the operating time and hospital stay after operation in PPH group were shorter than those in control group;less pain

less complication after operation and faster recovery were found in PPH group.Conclusion:PPH has such advantages as short operative time

less postoperative pain

fast recovery

less complications

etc.But its long-term curative effect is to be observed further.
