摘要

目的 :探讨全自动血细胞分析仪测定血常规时出现白细胞计数假性增高与红细胞膜脆性的关系。方法 :用《全国临床检验操作规程》中红细胞渗透脆性试验和红细胞孵育渗透脆性试验分别测定正常对照组和白细胞计数假性增高组病人的红细胞脆性。结果 :白细胞计数假性增高组病人中的黄疸型肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌患者的红细胞脆性均减小

而糖尿病患者红细胞脆性增加

且与正常对照组相比均有显著性差异（P <0 .0 5 ）。结论 :白细胞计数假性增高与红细胞膜脆性变化有密切关系。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the relationship between false increase of white blood cell count and fragility of erythrocyte membrane in automatic whole blood count. Methods: The osmosis and incubation osmosis fragility of erythrocyte membrane in controls 1 (Group 1

n =30)and white blood cell count false increase (Group 2

n =30) were detected by the operation rule of the group of clinical examination. Results: Compared with the results of Group 1 frogility of erythrocy to membrane in infectious hepatitis

livercirrhosis and liver cancer were reduced( P <0.05) and in diabetic patients

increased.( P <0.05)Conclusion: The false increase of white blood cell count is closely related with the fragility of erythrocyte membrane.
