摘要

目的 :探讨膀胱阴道膨出修复术中

预防性地放置无张力尿道悬带

是否能够预防术后的压力性尿失禁。方法 :17例膀胱阴道膨出的患者在修复手术中

经阴道放置无张力尿道悬带。结果 :全部 17例患者中

无 1例手术后出现压力性尿失禁。结论 :膀胱阴道膨出修复术中

预防性地施行TVT手术能够预防手术后出现压力性尿失禁。

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate whether a prophylactic

tension-free vaginal tape (TVT)procedure

performed during prolapse repair

may prevent the development of postoperative SUI in these women.Methods:17 cases with genitourinary prolapse

in addition to genitourinary prolapse repair

underwent TVT.Results:The mean duration of follow-up was 13 months.None of the patients developed postoperative symptomatic SUI.Conclusion:To prevent the development of postoperative SUI

TVT as a prophylactic procedure during prolapse repair is effective
