摘要

目的 :对用银汞合金、光固化复合树脂、玻璃离子粘固粉充填治疗楔状缺损的 3年脱落率和患者的满意率进行对比分析。方法 :对 194颗临床诊断为楔状缺损的患牙分别用以上 3种材料进行充填治疗

经过 3年的观察

并根据评定标准

评价各组的脱落情况和患者满意情况。结果 :银汞合金、光固化复合树脂、玻璃离子的充填脱落分别率为 2 1.9%、17.9%、15 .4 %

用行×列表 χ2 检验进行统计学处理

结果显示 3组数据无统计学意义（P >0 .0 5 ） ;患者满意率（分别为 30 .8%、73.7%、89.2 % ）总的来说有差别（P <0 .0 5 ）。然后进行卡方分割法处理

玻璃离子组与光固化组尚不能认为满意率有差别（P >0 .0 5 ） ;玻璃离子组与银汞合金组、光固化组与银汞合金组的满意率均有显著性差别（P <0 .0 12 5 ）

可认为用玻璃离子、光固化树脂充填比用银汞合金充填的满意率高。结论 :银汞合金、光固化复合树脂、玻璃离子在治疗楔状缺损时

在脱落率方面无明显差异。但就材料性能、费用和患者满意程度考虑

建议使用含氟的玻璃离子水门汀

可取得相对理想的治疗结果。

Abstract

Objective:To compare and investigate the effects of the three types of materials--silver amalgam

durafill and glass ionomer cement used to cure wedge-shaped defect.Methods:194 teeth with wedge-shaped defects were filled with three types of material.3-year results were evaluated with certain criterion-failure rate.Results:Silver amalgam’s failure rate was 21.9%

durafill 17.9% and ionomer cement 15.4%.There is no statistically significant difference among three types of material( χ 2 -test

P >0.05).To the degree of patients’ satisfaction

there is statistically significant difference among three types of material( χ 2 -test

P <0.05).Conclusion:There is high failure rate to fill wedge-shaped defect with three types of material.But there is no statistically significant difference among three types of materials.On the part of patients’ satisfaction

durafill and ionomer cement is superior to silver amalgam.
