摘要

目的：通过检测鼻变态反应病人外周血细胞因子水平变化，了解其在发病机理中的作用。方法：对８９例交链孢霉变态反应性鼻炎病人血清Ｔ细胞亚群、ＩＬ－２、ＩＬ－６和Ｂ细胞生长因子（ＢＣＧＦ）活性水平进行了检测。结果：显示交链孢霉鼻变态反应病人血清ＩＬ－２、ＩＬ－６、ＢＣＧＦ活性水平升高，与对照组比较差异显著；血清Ｔ细胞亚群ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值大大高于对照组，存在显著差异。结论：Ｔ细胞及其分泌的细胞因子和Ｂ细胞分化对ＩｇＥ的生成具有调节作用，它们可能参与了Ⅰ型变态反应病的发生。

Abstract

Objective: Our purpose is to observe the function of Th1/Th2 subsets in allergic rhinitis with altemaria sp. Methods: The level of some cytokines in eighty-nine patients suffering from allergic rhinitis with altemaria sp were observed. Results:The results showed that the activities of serum IL-2

IL-6 and BCGF were increased in those patients. The differences of IL-2

IL-6 and BCGF between the group of patients and controls were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The differences of CD4/CD8 radio between the two groups were also significant. It thus suggest that T lymphocytes

their secreting cytokines and B lymphocyte differentiation have regulatory effects on the production of IgE.
