摘要

目的：探讨临床常见儿童咬（吮）下唇的不良习惯及其因此而导致的安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错的矫治方法。方法：用上颌平斜导板治疗替牙期儿童不良习惯及其所导致安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错８例。结果：经过平均６个月的治疗，所有患儿均由安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错转变为安氏Ⅰ类正常牙合，且戴入该矫治器后阻止了咬（吮）下唇习惯的继续发生。结论：上颌平斜导板矫治器体积小、制作容易，能快速而有效地矫治替牙期儿童口腔不良习惯及其所致安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错。

Abstract

Objective : To explore the methods correcting the Angle’s class Ⅱ division I malocclusion due to biting(sucking) Iower Iip in mixed dentition.Methods: Using maxilla flat and inclined bite plate to treat 8 cases of this kind of children.Results:After an average of 6 months of treatment

all patients have changed from the Angle’s class Ⅱ division I malocclusion to the Angle’s class I normal occlusion and got rid of their bad habit. Conclusion:The removable appliance is small and easily made

and it can correct the Angle’s class Ⅱ division I malocclusion rapidly and effectively on mixed dentition children.
