摘要

目的：探讨糖尿病患者并发医院感染的危险因素。方法：对某教学医院１９９６年４月至２０００年３月发生医院感染的６３例糖尿病患者的危险因素进行１：２病例对照研究。结果：糖尿病患者的医院感染率为４．５２％，糖尿病患者发生医院感染的病死率为９．５２％。感染部位以肺部和泌尿道为主。发生医院感染的危险因素为住院时间长、接受侵袭性操作、抗生素使用种类多、合并糖尿病并发症。结论：糖尿病患者的医院感染率高；为医院感染的高危人群。

Abstract

Objective : To study some risk factors of acquiring nosocomial infection in diabetics. Methods -. 63 diabetics with nosocomial infection were chosen as cases from the inpatients of a teaching hospital for 1:2 casec- ontrol study. Results : It was found that the incidence rate of nosocomial infection in diabetics is 4.52%

arid the fatality rate of it is 9.52%. The organs which are the easiest to be attacked by nosncomial infection are the lung and the urinary tract. Some risk factors of acquiring nosocomial infection in diabetics remained significant through logistic regression

such as long- term hospitalization

undergoing invading operation

taking antibiotics more than 3 kinds

having complication of diabetes. Conclusion -. The incidence rate of nosocomial infection in di- abetics is high

so they are high risk population.
