摘要

目的　探讨重症肝炎的危险因素。方法　对211例重症肝炎患者进行病例对照研究，并用非条件Logistic回归模型对资料进行多因素分析。结果　患者的肝炎病毒重叠感染、肝损害药物史、病前过度劳累、合并其它疾病及其它感染5个因素是重症肝炎的主要危险因素。结论　积极避免上述情况，是防止重症肝炎发生的重要措施。

Abstract

： Objective To find some important risk factors of acquiring severe hepatitis. Methods A case-control study and unconditional logistic regression analysis was conducted on 211 severe hepatitis cases. Results Five factors such as double infection of hepatitis virus

history of taking drugs which may do harm to the liver

over-tiredness before the occurrence of severe hepatitis

with other basic disease and other infections were important risk factors of acquiring severe hepatitis. Conclusion To take active methods avoiding these factors was very important to prevent the occurrence of acquiring severe hepatitis.
