Study on the platelet functions in patients with liver cirrhosis[J]. Journal of Chongqing Medical University, 2000,(2):186-187. DOI: 10.13406/j.cnki.cyxb.2000.02.029.
Objective: To Study the cause of the platelet adhesion and aggregation function in patients with liver cirrhosis and the relationship with the bleeding of liver cirrhosis and impaired liver function. Methods:Testing PAdT with ball-shape glass revolving and external thrombus and platelet adhesiveness instrument; testing PAgT with the platelet aggregation instrument
62 patients with liver cirrhosis and 48 controls. Results: The PAdT and PagT in liver cirrhosis reduced siginificantly as compared with controls. So did in Child B.C between A. The PAdT in bleeding group reduced
but the PagT had no difference. Conclusion: Testing the PAdT and PAgT can be considered an observing target of liver cirrhosis.
