Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical significance of blood analysis and biochemistry analysis in serious pregnancy induced hypertension (SPIH) and its relationship with pregnancy outcome. Methods:153 cases of SPIH and 153 cases of normal term pregnancy (NTP) in
more than three years (96.1~99.5) were examined. Routinely blood and biochemistry analysis were taken. Clinically related indexes and the prognosis of the two group were statistically analyzed. selected indexes which closed to clinical pregnancy outcomes
Take those indexes and outcomes statistics analysis. Results:HG and HCT ↓or↑
platelet (PLT) ↓
total protein (TP) ↓
albumin (A) ↓
eye ground artery spasm in SPIH
they are more significant than in NTP (P<0.01). The ratio of anemia
blood concentration
low protein
bleeding
HELLP symptom
DIC in SPIH were higher than in NTP; And peri-fetals are apt to IUGR
premature birth
low birth weight. Low Apger score
et al. Conclusions:the changes of blood analysis and biochemistry analysis are significant in SPIH
and those changes are paralleled with the severity of disease.
