摘要

目的 :常用肝功能指标模型诊断探索。方法 :肝功能指标在临床肝病病情诊断中是非常重要的

以往人们多是从临床医学角度来判断

本文用统计学方法

对 10个常用肝功能指标TP（总蛋白）ALB（白蛋白）GLB（球蛋白）A/G（白 /球）TBIL（总胆红素）DBIL（直接胆红素）IBIL（间接胆红素）AST（谷草转氨酶）ALT（谷丙转氨酶）AST/ALT（谷草 /谷丙）进行了逐步判别分析研究。结果 :发现由TBIL　DBIL　ALB　ALT　AST/ALTTP 6个指标所拟合的判别模型

在对病情程度轻、中、重的判别上

其准确率达 90 %以上。结论 :该模型的诊断效果良好

Abstract

Objective:To study diagnosis of the model formed by conventional items of liver function test. Methods:The items of liver function test are very important in diagnosing patients condition of liver disease in clinic. In the past

doctors were used to observe the items only from medical aspect. This article

using the statistic method

studies ten conventional liver function test items including TP ALB GLB A/G TBIL DBIL IBIL AST ALT AST/ALT by stepwise discriminant analysis.Results:The discriminant model formed by six items(TBIL DBIL ALB ALT AST/ALT TP) can discriminate the severity of illness including slight

moderate or severe with accurate rate of 90% or above. Conclusion:The diagnostic effects of the model is satisfactory.
