摘要

随机将27例二尖瓣置换术患者分两组，其中甲组14例，心内直视术在中度低温心脏停跳下进行；乙组13例，心内直视术在浅低温心脏跳动中进行。术前、术后患者血清测定CK及CK－MB，结果显示：二尖瓣置换术在浅低温心脏跳动中进行，对心肌损害相对较小，这对心内直机术的心肌保护有应用价值。

Abstract

The myocardial injury indicators

CK and CK-MB

were observed intwo groups of heart valve replacementcases

one group operated on under beating heart conditions and the other under rested heart conditions.Theresults showed that the degree of myocardial injury in the beating heart group was relatively slighter. We believethat the beating heart technique is valuable for myocardial protection during cardiac surgery.
