摘要

用LSAB免疫组化方法对33例胆囊肿瘤作增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）、雌激素受体（ER）和表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）检测，结果显示，25例胆囊癌组织中20例PCNA阳性（80％），腺癌与鳞癌阳性率无显著差异。15例ER阳性（60．0％），与相应病例PCNA表达等级相关（P＜0．01）。7例EFFR阳性（28．0％），EGFR阳性病例的ER表达多阴性。在8例腺癌组织中，5例局部PCNA有阳性表达，其中4例该处ER或EGFR阳性。以上结果提示ER及EGFR可能影响胆囊癌细胞的增殖；ER与EGFR之间存在相互调控的关系。三指标在部份胆囊腺瘤的阳性表达应引起注意。

Abstract

The proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)

estrogen receptor (ER) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in tumor cells in the gallbladder were assayed by the LSAB immunohistochemical method in 33patients.20 of 25 patients with carcinoma were PCNA positive (80%)

which was not related significantly tohistologicaltypes (P＞0.05). 15 patients with carcinoma were ER positive (60.0%)

which was related to the PCNA(P＜0.01). 7 patients were EGFR positive (28.0%) and most of these were ER negqtive. 5 of 8 patients withadenomawere PCNA positive with expression of ER or EGFR in 4 cases. The study suggests that the ER andEGFR are able to stimulate the proliferation of the tumor cells of gallbladder.There is some regulation betweenER and EGFR .The expressions of PCNA ER and EGFR in some adenomas should be noticed.
