摘要

本文评价了一种新的肿瘤标志物 TAG-72的测定在诊断胃癌中的价值。用放射免疫法（CA72-4RIA）测定了30例胃癌患者与10例良性胃疾病患者进行的 CA72-4水平

其诊断胃癌的阳性率为43%

特异性为100%。在早期与进展期胃癌组中

敏感性与均值均有显著性差异（P<0.05）。在伴有淋巴结转移与无淋巴结转移的胃癌患者中

CA72-4均值也有显著性差异（P<0.05）。这表明 TAG-72是诊断胃癌的可靠标志物

特异性极高

对胃癌的诊断、临床分期及淋巴结转移的预测有一定意义。

Abstract

This article evaluated the serum levels of a new tumor marker TAG-72 in diagnosis of gastric cancinoma. Serum tumor marker CA72-4 were measured in 30 patients with gastric carcinomas and 10 with benign gastric disorders.CA72-4 had sensitivities of 43% and specifcity of 100% for gastric carcinomas.CA72-4 can significantly separate stage Ⅰ disease from stage Ⅱ Ⅲ Ⅳ disease(P<0.05)CA72-4 also gave differentiation bwtween patients with positive and negative nodes(P<0.05).These preliminary findings indicate that TAG-72 is a reliable tumor marker of disease stage and activity in gastric cancer.Further longitudinal studies are repuired for full evaluation of its clinical utility.
