摘要

本文介绍了高胰岛素诱导培养法复制原代大鼠肝细胞及 HepG2肝癌细胞的胰岛素抵抗模型的方法。该方法可明显降低两类细胞的胰岛素刺激的葡萄糖摄取和利用能力

导致胰岛素抵抗

而且简便、易行、重复性好

成功率高

可广泛应用于胰岛素抵抗的研究.

Abstract

This paper describes the method of establishment of insulin-resistant primary rat hepatocyte mode] and HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell model induced with high concentration of insulin.It can decrease the insulin-stimulated glucose uptake and metabolism of the rat hepatocytes and HepG2 cells

and caused them to be insulin resistant.The method is simple

practicable and reliable which can be widely used fo~ the studies of insulin resistance
