摘要

本文用PAGE和ELISA两法分别对182份疑为病毒性腹泻粪便标本进行人轮状病毒的检测

并对两法进行了比较。两法吻合率为81.87%

两法灵敏度分别为98.33%和95%;特异度分别为100%和92.5%;重复率分别为99.0%和94.0%。由于ELISA检测轮状病毒操作简便

需时短

更适合基层实验室推广应用

Abstract

Human Rotavirus( HR V) was detected in 182 stool samples from the patients suspected of suffering from virus diarrhea PAGE and ELISA methods -were applied and compared. The correspondence rate of the two methods was 81.87%. The sensitivities for PAGE and ELISA methods were 98.33% and 95%
