ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION A TEN YEAR CLINICAL EXPERIENCE[J]. Journal of Chongqing Medical University, 1991,(3):223-226. DOI: 10.13406/j.cnki.cyxb.1991.03.013.
Eighty patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)admitted during 1980-1989 were divided into three groups according to the presentation of precordial pain. 52 patients(group I) attacked typical precordial pain; 12 patients (group Ⅱ) developed atypical precordial pain; 16 patients (group Ⅲ) showed painless myocardial . infarction. Most of the patients in the group J suffered from myocardial infarction of the anterior and/or lateral wall
but myocardial infarction of the interior wall occured frequently in group J and group J . The rates of arrhythmia
cardiac shock and heart failure were not significantly different among three groups(p>0.05). 29 patients died of AMI during hospitalization. The mortality rate of recurrent AMI was higher than that of the first attacked (p<0.05).Our observations suggest that the incidence of AMI in Chongqing area is lower than that in Beijing Shanghai in the ninth decade of the 20th century
