摘要

本文分别应用肝素剂量——ACT反应曲线和鱼精蛋白剂量——ACT反应曲线

来计算体外循环结束时中和肝素所需的鱼精蛋白量。结果显示:后者具有更接近实际所需值的优点

使鱼精蛋白用量减少51%

术后出血亦明显减少

从而避免了其量不足或过多引起的不良后果

Abstract

The protamine dose response curve was studied to calculate the protamine dose for reversal of heparin action at end of cardiopulmonary bypass. As compared to the heparin dose response curve

this study showed that dosage of protamine given was reduced about 51%. the incidence of postoperative bleeding was obviously decreased. The use of the protamine dose response curve may also prevent postoperative coagulation complication due to overdosage or shortrge of protamine for neutralization
