This paper reports 10 cases of travel psychosis

of which nine occurred at home and one abroad. The psychotic features are obvious delusion of persecution and reference

auditory hallucination

fear or intense emotion

escaper or impulsive behavior

and mild disturbance of consciousness. The course is ususally brief and prognosis is good. The occurrence of disease may be related to personality defect

extremety fatigue

psychentonia and sleep deprivation at long journey

and barrier or jet lag
