摘要

本文根据祖国医学对痛证的认识和临床治疗疼痛性疾病的经验

对复方止痛汤进行了动物镇痛试验和毒性试验

结果表明

本方无明显毒性

并能明显延长热板反应时间（P<0.01）和对抗酒石酸锑钾引起的小鼠“扭体反应”（P<0.01）。临床用于治疗头痛、胃及十二指肠溃疡病、慢性胆囊炎等9种痛证共103例

总有效率达93.2％。故认为是一种止痛效果好、应用范围广、而副作用少的镇痛剂

Abstract

The recipe-analgesic compound decoction composed of herbs according to the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the author’s clinical experience of treating painful diseases. The experimental studies showed that the pain threshold of mice in hot-plate test was raised (p<0.01) and a number of writhing of mice induced by potassium antimony tartrate was reduced (p<0.01)

with no toxic action.In clinic

the. analgesic compound decoction was used to treat the painful symptoms of headache

peptic ulcer

chronic cholecystitis and arthritic etc. The total effective rate was 93.2% in 103 cases.This decoction is a good and effective analgesic without significant side effect
