摘要

精子浅盘凝集试验（TAT）是检查精子凝集抗体的方法之一

具有微量、敏感、能判断凝集类型等优点。但因传统的TAT法需借助倒置显微镜观察

使其在基层的应用受限。本文对TAT的方法进行改造

在保留其优点的前提下

以普通光镜代替倒置显微镜

并获得了同样良好的观察效果

Abstract

Tray agglutination test (TAT) is a sensitive micre-method for defecting sperm-agghutinat-ion antibodies. Needing of the use of an inverted microscope for observation

however

has restricted its widespread applications in basic hospitals. In view of this

the method of TAT was modified by replacing inverted microscopc with a general

microscope on the premise of maintsioning its advantages. Seventy-three samples of infertile: patients were examined by both methods

and the results were found identicad.
