Thirty-eight cases of Behcet’s disease were reported

in which eighteen cases had ocular signs. The incidence and kinds of ccular manifestation and its value in diaguosis of Behcet’s disease were discussed. We realized that typical signs such as recurrent hypcpyon with uve-itis

retinal periphlebitis and papillitis

might occur infrequently. Although these signs had diagnostic significance for Behget’s disease

we ought to pay attention to differential diagnosis. Also

some ocular manifestation such as keratoconjunctivitis was not a definite indication of Behcet’s disease

but we shceld consider that they may indicate Behcet’s disease if they recur frequently in the patient
