摘要

本文采用隐斜计法测量了110名正常视力儿童的AC/A比率

年龄是6-11岁

得平均值为4.4±1.8△/D

对各年龄组的AC/A比率进行统计学测算P>0.05

无显著性意义.本文结果与孟洋成提出的4±2△/D相近.

Abstract

We studied 110 children of age at 6-11 years old in a certain school. On eye exa nination their vision was≥1.0 in each eye

general examination were all normal. Estimated the angle of deviation by corneal reflection and by cover test. It appeard no significant strabismus. Before measured

cycloplegia was necessary and refraction should fulfill the criteria:≤1.5D of -0.5D and±0.5 cyl. The AC/A ratio determinationed by the Heterophoria technique.When the AC/A ratio was computed from measurments

the following results were obtain: AC/A ratio 4.4±1.8A/D
