摘要

本文研究人工膜包裹大鼠胰岛在体外培养时胰岛的形态学及其分泌胰岛素情况.在培养48h后

培养液中胰岛素含量为172.7±72.5μU/ml至190±83.gμU/ml

而形态学检查显示胰岛细胞增生.研究结果表明包膜材料及微囊制备操作过程对胰岛细胞的生长及分泌功能无影响

Abstract

In this paper

the secretion of the insulin and the morphological changes of the microencapsulated new born rat’s islets during in vitro culture were studied. After 48 hrs incubation

the insulin contents of the culture media were 172.7±72.5μ/ml to 190±83.9 μU/ml and the islets cells multiplied within the microcapsules. It was demonstrated that there is no influence of the growth of the islets cells and the secretion of insulin during the microencapsulated procedures and its biomaterials which used in microencapsulation have a good biocompatibility
