摘要

本院1962年6月至1986年3月共收治小儿胃扭转12例

根据胃扭转轴向

分为两种不同类型

其中器官轴型11例

系膜轴型1例。12例中6例行了胃扭转复位固定术

对由于膈膨升或膈疝导致胃扭转着

同时行膈肌折叠及修补术

非手术治疗6例。全组治愈10例

死亡2例。结合文献复习

对小儿胃扭转的临床特点及诊治原则进行了讨论

Abstract

: From June 1962 To March 1986

12 cases of volvulus of the stomach in children were treated in our hospital. According to the axis of rotation

2 types of volvulus may be differentiated

i. e

the organoaxial type (11 cases) and mesenterioaxial type (1 case). Six of the 12 cases were treated surgically by gastropexy after the reduction of the volvulus.In cases with diaphragmatic eventration or hernia as the leading cause of the vulvulus

plication or repair of the diaphragm was carried out at the same time. The remaining 6 cases were managed conservatively. Results of the treatment in this series were 10 cures and 2 mortalities
