THE DETERMINATION OF ANTITHROMBIN III IN 238 CASES OF GENERAL SURGICAL PATIENTS[J]. Journal of Chongqing Medical University, 1987,(4):249-252. DOI: 10.13406/j.cnki.cyxb.1987.04.010.
Plasma antithrombin III in 238 cases of general surgical patients were measured in our hospital from 1984 to 1985. The abnormal level of antitrombin III is lower than 21mg/dl or higher than 33mg/dl in protein content
lower than 69% or higher than 110% in functional activity. The normal levels of antithrombin III measured in 69 healthy persons were 27.33 + 3.88mg/dl in protein content and 86.4+17.2% in functional activity.. The measurement of antithrombin III level can be used to evaluate the seriousness of thrombembolic diseases
