摘要

本文对一例额外小染色体（两臂末端

存在随体区）携带者及其同胞兄妹的中期染色体进行了银染核仁组织区（Ag-NOR）和银染近端着丝粒染色体联合（Ag-AA）分析。结果表明:（1）额外小染色体（E.S.C）携带者的Ag-AA与同胞（无E.S.C）间无显著性差异（P>0.25）;（2）E.S.C携带者的Ag-NOR阳性率显著高于其同胞兄妹（P<0.025）;（3）若不计数ESC的Ag-NOR阳性率或仅计数其任何一端

则与同胞间无显著性差异（P>0.25;P>0.5）。

Abstract

This paper studied the NOR activity and Ag-AA of a girl with bisatelliled extra small chromosome (E.S.C)as compared with that of her siblings. The results indicate that(1)the girl with E.S.C and her siblings without E.S.C were shown to have similar frequencies of Ag-AA (P>0.25); (2) the girl with E.S.C have significantly higher frequencies of NOR activity than her siblings(P<0.025); (3) the NOR activity frequencies not including E. S.C or including only oae arm end of E.S.C were similar among the girl and her siblings(P>0.25; P>0.5).It is suggested that ( 1 ) the NOR activity shows incomplete Compensatory effect in NOR tetrasomy

but shows complete compensatory effect in NOR trisomy; (2) a regulatory range may be present in the compensatory mechanism for NOR activity
