ADP-induced blood platelet aggregation function (PAR)
and the related blood coagulation picture were measured in 60 patients with chronic liver disease. Oar study showed that the decreased PAR was correlated negatively with the defects in platelet factor 3 availability
but was consistantly correlated with severity of the disease process
we suggested that PAR can be used as a reference index in the differentiation of compensation and decompensation between patients with liver cirrhosis. ADP-induced blood platelet aggregation cross study was measured in 20 patients with chronic liver disease and it was found that the cause of decreased PAR was due both to plasma factor and blood platelet factor
