摘要

应用梯形皮瓣松解烧伤后疤痕挛缩是一种新手术方法

本手术方法也可应用在外伤后疤痕挛缩。适宜于身体多个部位。

Abstract

Use of trapezoid skin flap to release contractures after burns as well as other trauma is a new plastic design. It may be applicated in various parts of body. We report the clinical results of 11 operations in 6 cases. Follow-up period was 12-15 months. All patients showed satisfactory results
