摘要

收治儿童原发性充血型心肌病16例。临床主要表现为心脏扩大

心力衰竭和心律失常。重点讨论了诊断和鉴别诊断、疾病早期运用地戈辛治疗心力衰竭的重要性、以及运用肾上腺皮质激素治疗的时机和疗效。

Abstract

Sixteen cases of primary congestive cardiomyopathy admitted to the Chongqing children’s Hospital from 1973 to 1984 were analysed. The prominent manifestations of these cases were hypertrophy of the heart

cardiac failure and/or arrhythmia. In comparison with adult

the differences in clinical findings between children and adults were noticed. The dignosis and differential dignosis as well as the treatment of discuss;. The important of early treatment of cardiac failure with digoxin and corticosteroid were emphasized. The prognosis is related chiefly to the development and persistence of cardiac failure.
