摘要

本文报道1958～1984年经细菌学证实为慢性菌痢86例的临床分析及30例的随访。86例中以福氏痢疾杆菌引起者占91.4%。随访结果大便培养均未发现痢疾杆菌

细菌学治愈率达100％

治后偶有排脓血便者仅3例。乙状结肠镜检大多无异常发现

有溃疡1—2个者仅2例

未发现恶性变及典型非特异性溃疡性结肠炎改变。

Abstract

This article presents the clinical analysis and follow-up of 86 bacteriologically confirmed cases of chronic bacillary dysentery admitted for treatment during the period of 1958-1984. These cases were caused by S. flexeneri mostly(9l.4%). The results of follow-up were good. Shigella were not found by stool cultures.Bacteriological cure rate was 100%.3cases intermittently passed pus and bloody stool after discharge from the hospital

1-2 small ulcers were seen by sigmoidoscopy in two cases. No cases of colonic carcinoma or chronic ulcerative colitis were seen
