Four cases of plasmacytoma of the nasal cavity are reported. Among the 4 patients

2 were treated with external irradiation alone another 2 were treated with surgery followed by radiotherapy. The tumor doses suggested for external irradiation alone or postoperative residual tumor were TDF 87-105

and for postoperative irradiation was TDF 62. All these patients were long survival except one died of other cause
