摘要

复发及转移性宫颈癌预后很差，初始治疗后复发转移风险的预判对降低宫颈癌复发率和延长生存期至关重要。磁共振成像（magnetic resonance imaging，MRI）为宫颈癌影像学诊断的重要手段，在宫颈癌诊断、疗效评估及预后预测方面显现出重要作用。本文就多种磁共振成像技术对宫颈癌放化疗后复发及转移预测的研究进展进行阐述。

Abstract

The prognosis of recurrent and metastatic cervical cancer is very poor. The risk prediction of the recurrence and metastasis after initial treatment is very important for reducing the recurrence rate of cervical cancer and prolonging the survival. MRI is an important imaging method for cervical cancer diagnosis

and it plays an important role in the diagnosis

efficacy evaluation and prognosis prediction. The article focuses on MRI to elaborate the progress of predicting the recurrence and metastasis of cervical cancer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
