摘要

卵巢癌是常见且致死率最高的妇科肿瘤，反复复发，疗效差，是亟待解决的临床难题。卵巢癌全程管理有望提高患者生存期，提高患者生活质量。本文在回顾卵巢癌治疗措施的发展、演进，在卵巢癌手术、化疗、靶向和免疫治疗进展的基础上，引发了对复发性卵巢癌的诊断和思考，并进一步提出了卵巢癌全生命周期的规范化管理。

Abstract

Ovarian cancer is a common gynecological tumor with the highest mortality rate

which has repeated recurrence and poor efficacy. It is an urgent clinical problem to be solved. Ovarian cancer is expected to improve the survival time and quality of life of patients with whole-course management based on the progress of targeted and immunotherapy

the diagnosis and thinking of recurrent ovarian cancer are initiated

and the standardized management of ovarian cancer throughout its life cycle is further proposed.
