摘要

进行性核上性麻痹是一种较少见的

以进行性平衡障碍伴早期向后跌倒和核上性眼肌麻痹为主要临床表现的神经退行性疾病

病因及发病机制目前尚不明确。因起病隐匿、症状非特异性、早期缺乏相关生物标志物导致其诊断困难及较高的误诊率。影像学检查对疾病诊断具有重要意义。对症支持仍是目前治疗进行性核上性麻痹的主要手段。

Abstract

Progressive supranuclear palsy（PSP）is a rare and atypical Parkinsonism

and the pathogenesis is not yet clear.The diagnosis of PSP is difficult due to its insidious onset

nonspecific symptoms

and lack of specific biomarkersat early stage. Imaging test is of great significance for the disease diagnosis. The palliative support treatment based on a multidisciplinary team is still the main method for the treatment of PSP. This paper presents the epidemiology

risk factors

clinical feature

imaging test

diagnosis

management and prognosis of PSP through literature review.
