摘要

激越行为是痴呆老人常发生的一组症候群

给老人及其照顾者带来痛苦和沉重负担。由于药物治疗的局限性及副作用

非药物干预为激越行为的主要干预方式。本文对物理环境、活动干预、感官刺激、认知心理刺激、社交与情感支持、生活照护等非药物干预方法进行综述

以期为痴呆老人激越行为的照护提供参考和指导。

Abstract

Agitation is prevalent among patients with dementia during the disease progression

which has great impact on patients as well as on caregivers. Due to the limit treatment efficacy and adverse effects of pharmacological treatment

nonpharmacological interventions are recommended as the first line treatment for agitation. This article summarized the research progress of nonpharmacological interventions including environment modification

activity arrangement

sensory stimulation

cognitive and psychological stimulation

social and emotional support and daily care

which aims to provide references and guidance for caregivers to cope with agitation.
