etc. The treatment outcome of IUA has improved with the advance of hysterscopic techniques. Under the direct vision

hysteroscopy can accurately inspect the presence

extent and severity of adhesions. And hysteroscopic adhesiolysis is regarded as the gold standard treatment for IUA to restore the uterine cavity. However

because the anatomical structure of endometrium is different from other mucosal tissue

the regeneration of injured endometrium is complex. Therefore

here we illustrated the present treatment processes and hot issues of clinical concern aiming to provide alternative choices for the management of IUA.
