摘要

宫腔粘连(intrauterine adhesions

IUA)作为一种子宫内膜损伤性疾病是临床亟待解决的难题。既往对其研究主要集中在诊断和治疗方面

然而IUA尤其是重度病例的疗效并不理想

因此针对其发病机制的靶向治疗显得非常必要。近些年来随着科学和实验技术的不断发展

对IUA发病机制的研究又有许多新进展。本文就IUA发病机制的研究进展进行简要介绍。

Abstract

Intrauterine adhesions（IUA）

a disease of endometrial injury

remains an urgent problem to be resolved in clinics. Most prior research has focused mainly on the diagnosis and treatment of IUA

but the results of patients with IUA

especially severe cases

appears unsatisfactory. Therefore

therapy targeting of pathogenesis may become the necessary treatment in IUA. In recent years

with the development of science and experimental technology

there is much new progress in the pathogenesis of IUA. In this paper

the research progress on the pathogenesis of IUA are summarized.
