摘要

糖尿病足骨髓炎在糖尿病足感染中一直以来是临床研究的热点

从诊断到治疗都存在争论

目前关于糖尿病足骨髓炎的诊断基本已经达成共识

但是糖尿病足骨髓炎治疗方面越来越多的研究指出可以单纯抗生素治疗或者联合保守的外科手术治疗

传统的截肢或者截趾手术有所减少。本文就目前糖尿病足骨髓炎在治疗方面的新进展结合最新的指南和文献进行综述。

Abstract

Diabetic foot osteomyelitis has been a clinical research focus in the diabetic foot infection. There are some disputes from diagnosis to treatment. At present

the diagnosis of diabetic foot osteomyelitis has been reached basic consensus. More and more studies pointed out that the simple antibiotic treatment or combining with conservative surgical treatment has become main therapeutical methods for diabetic foot osteomyelitis

and the traditional amputation surgery has been decreased. In this paper

the progress in the treatment of diabetic foot osteomyelitis from the latest guidelines and literature were reviewed
