Objective:To test the hypothesis that Chinese Chest Pain Center Alliance accreditation can speed up the treatment of acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction（STEM）. Methods:The data of the treatment of STEMI patients were retrospectively analyzed. Two groups were divided according to the date（from January 1

2015 as the pre-accreditation group;from January 1

2016 to August 31

2016 as after-accreditation group）. The baseline condition

mortality rate in hospital were analyzed and compared. Results:Compared with those of pre-accreditation group

the percent of patients directly into catheter room through green channel increase from 33.9% to 61.05%;the door to balloon time was decreased from（105.75 ±72.02） min to（73.25 ±54.14） min;the percent of door to balloon time increased from 49.11% to 73.16%;the time from artery puncture to balloon dilation decreased from（29.43 ±14.45）min to（22.85±11.28）min;the length of hospital stay reduced from（9.35±6.95）days to（7.89±4.74）days and cost were reduced from（57.4±29.2）ten thousand yuan to（46.2±15.5）ten thousand yuan. The mortality rate was not significantly changed.Conclusion:Chest pain center accreditation can significantly speed up the treatment of acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.
