Objective:To identify clinical and MRI images characteristics in patients with diabetic foot. Methods:The clinical manifestation and MRI images of 62 patients with diabetic foot confirmed by the clinical comprehensive diagnosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results:(1) The clinical results:59 patients had foot skin ulcer and 7 patients had foot callosity
4 patients had foot deformity.Among 31 patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis identified by spiral CT angiography

4 cases had sinus tract
8 cases with Charot foot associated with osteomyelitis. There were 21 cases had bone marrow edema. Conclusion:MRI can clearly show the range and degree of the bone and soft tissue lesions of the diabetic foot. MRI imaging features combined with clinical analysis is conducive to monitoring the disease process and judging the patients’ clinical prognosis.
